Excellent, professional care every visit. Honest, estimates using quality parts-I don't know WHY anyone would pay the high prices at dealerships. This is the 3rd vehicle I trust to Import Service Center.

We have been taking our Toyotas to Import Service Center for many years and have always been served well. I also like that they provide detailed receipts. Two years ago I bought a new Toyota and took advantage of the 2 years of free service at the dealership. Last week I returned to Import Service Center for the 20K service. The comparison of the receipts is amazing. The dealership's receipt just says they did "Toyota Care Complimentary Maintenance" - rotated tires, set tire psi, inspect/adjust fluids, multi-point brake inspection. Import Service Center's receipt lists the parts used and described the work: brakes front 95% left, rear 85%, tires 34, battery 285/298 CCA at 12.18 volts, A/C vent temp 40 degs at 1 p.m., no issues to report. The back page includes their checklist with 19 items that were checked. I appreciate the details.
