Rick Burnette, the owner of Import Service Center, is one of the best mechanics a person could ever have. He is thorough in his explanations. He will take you to the car, or show you the part, and show you what's needed and why. He also keeps a record of what was previously done to the car and shows it to you. If you're not knowledgeable in care repair, he helps to educate you. Staff is good too. Take your vehicle there. You will not be disappointed.

Service always completed correctly and on-time. Never feel like I've been pressured to buy any service not required.

I used to have my car serviced here in the 90s. I moved out of town in 2000. Just got back early this year and was happy to see that this shop is still there-- same owner-- same great service. I've always felt that I was treated fairly in there. And as a woman, sometimes you aren't. But here, the owner is honest and reliable and fair. He thoroughly explains everything and he is just an all-around nice guy.
