Brought my 2001 Accord in for an alarming popping noise when turning. As usual, Rick and his team were extremely thorough and worked through a number of possibilities, which can be daunting on an older vehicle such as mine. Ultimately, the issue was a relatively easy fix and I was back on the road with no worries in a short amount of time and a reasonable expense. Their professionalism and attention to detail are top notch.

I have been taking my car to Import Service Center for some years now. Always feel confident that it will be taken care of. Polite and professional staff who know their stuff. Last summer when I went to pick the car up, they had pulled it just into the entrance of the shop and put the AC on. It was nice and cool by the time I got into the vehicle. Now that's service for you :))

As always I feel like Import Service Center went above and beyond what they had to. They treat my vehicle like they would treat their own and have it operating as close to how they'd like it to operate if it was their own vehicle instead of mine. My truck is nearly 30 years old and still going strong largely to Import Service Center. If it weren't for them I likely would have had to give it up years ago.

As always, the service is superior. Everything on my vehicle that needs attention is explained in plain language, and problems are prioritized for me to decide what to fix and what to keep an eye on for future repair. The shop and customer waiting area are very clean and well organized. I have never ever been disappointed with the services performed on my vehicles for the many years I've been a customer at Import Service Center. FIVE STARS, (or TEN STARS, really.)
