Overall, the best automotive service and repair I've ever experienced in my 40+ years of having my vehicles serviced and repaired. Everything was explained in detail, from the initial cost estimate to the finished job repair invoice. THOROUGH! The garage area as well as customer waiting room are vvery clean, orderly and well organized. Rick and Laney are courteous, efficient and very knowledgable. Rick & company do their very best to serve the customer's needs and provide a comprehensible analysis of one's automobile's status. The facility is extremely clean and well maintained. The location is convenient and the personal contact legitimate and reliable.

I used this shop for a few years and had nothing but great experiences. They go through each step with you and explain exactly what's wrong and why, showing physical examples and comparing it to your parts. They were always happy to drive me home or pick me up. It's a small-feeling shop that means you don't get lost in the shuffle, like it feels when you are at a dealer. Highly recommend this shop.

Have been taking my cars to Rick since 1995. He monitors what requires attention and lets me know what will be needing to be done in the future so I can plan for it. I had taken my cars to dealerships in the past and would get totally ripped off. I wouldn't think of taking my car to anyone else.
