Work has always been done quickly and with care. My reason for the 4 rather than a 5 is only because auto service is so costly. But it's true evverywhere.

As usual, excellent job. I feel confident that repair and maintenance are properly accomplished at a reason cost. I will recommend Import to any Volvo owner. It should be added that communication between the custmer and the technicians is excellent.
